APPROACH

I value clarity, proportion, simplicity and the knowledge skilled people bring to a project.

My work has increasingly focused on the early stages of a project, working with owners and architects while the project is still taking shape. I guide decisions around design, materials, budgets and constructability, carrying that knowledge through construction. Thirty years in the field has shaped my judgment and taught me what good work requires.

Through my work in Seattle, I’ve built a trusted network across architecture, construction, design, fabrication and the trades. I know the local landscape and bring the right people together.
